L’Île Blanche takes care of everything: purchase of your mobÎle home, transport, installation, water connections, EDF (10A), sanitation.
The choice of your plot of land. They have an area of between 120 and 150 sqm. You have the possibility of booking a plot several months in advance according to availability. You choose among the Louisiana or Bâti concept mobÎle homes that will be offered for sale. Subletting is strictly prohibited in our establishment. The rental of the land plot

Annual contract renewable each year.
The following charges should be added:
Water and electricity on individual meter (no subscription fee).

You have no housing tax or property tax.
